A lot of us tend to burn the candle at both ends in December. A time when work gets busier, and your calendar fills up with events, parties, concerts, bbqs, etc. etc. etc! Aaargh!
Here’s our five essential tips for getting to NYE with some energy (and sanity) to spare:
1. Vitamins.
A healthy diet is great, but December is evil when it comes to food. Cover yourself by popping those pills like they’re lollies, and enjoy your flouro wee!
2. Animals.
Make time to spend with your furry children, if you have them… and get some if you don’t. They are the best stress relief ever.

3. Buy Local.
Yes, yes, online this, online that… but please consider the dreaded-December-Post-Office-Queue!
It is a hellish place to be where everyone is angry that the postie carded-and-ran, wasting all that time you could have spent in a local shop, chatting to a local business owner and helping them to have a great christmas too.
4. Treat YO SELF!
Schedule in some time for recharging and relaxing, and follow through.
Binge watch a series of Buffy, or book in a massage… whatever you like, some ‘me-time’ will definitely help to get you through December.
5. Have a Laugh!
Hey, this is an ad, remember!
But really, coming along to one or both of our comedy shows will absolutely, positively improve your life, whiten your teeth, help you lose weight and earn you a billion dollars*.
*may or may not be true.
